cancellation policy

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.  If you do not show to your scheduled appointment time, or reschedule within 24hrs of your scheduled appointment time, cancellation fees will apply according to our policy below:

  • Less than 24hrs notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
  • NO SHOWS will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount.
  • Appointments made within the 24hr period, that are cancelled less than 4hrs prior to the reserved appointment time will be subject to a fee of 50% of the reserved services amount.
  • Multiple services cancelled less than 24hours in advance will be charged 100% of the reserved services total.  A deposit of 50% of the booking will be charged in order to reserve the time.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that opening. BMA policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clients.  Thank you for viewing our policies and criteria.


As a courtesy we will email/text/call you to confirm your appointment 48hrs in advance.  It is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid late arrival, missed appointments and cancellation fees.

At the time of your booking we will request a credit card to keep on file at BMA. All charges will be billed to the credit card on file.


BMA has a NO REFUND policy on services completed at our salon.  We offer complimentary fixes within 7 days of the service completion pending management approval.
